Gippsland League off-season has delivered plenty of movement across the competition, with clubs welcoming new recruits, farewelling familiar faces and seeing a number of players step up to representative opportunities.

With the 2026 season approaching, list changes have been a key focus for clubs as they look to strengthen their squads while continuing to develop local talent. Several players have also earned opportunities at VFL level, while a strong contingent of emerging footballers will represent the Gippsland Power this year.
